HCAD adjusts sales price with a cost factor system that purportedly makes it equal to your house. It is important to have access to those factors given that they are being applied to your house.

Equity Studies identifies properties in your neighborhood that are similar to you but are being appraised lower. We present these as unequal appraisals in seeking a reduction for our clients.
